What characteristics make a leader?

The characteristics  of being a leader include integrity, intelligence, hard work, trustworthiness, and responsibility.  As once said, “great power comes with great responsibility.”  This implies that a leader is responsible for being in control to help guide their followers to become better leaders within themselves.  Also, being a responsible leader comes with intelligence and a hard working mindset.  The characteristics listed above define the aspects of a leader.  What separates a leader from their followers are those who utilize these characteristics to the best of their abilities.

 

A leader with integrity comes with many aspects.  A leader with great integrity carries its foundation and followers in good hands no matter the situation.  As a leader without integrity, there’d be no essential success within your community.  Integrity in leasers comes from the mind and intelligence to be able to be reliable and trustworthy.  Leaders with a sense of integrity give their followers or peers a display of courageousness.  Due to the fact, a leader with integrity holds themselves accountable for mistakes made that’ve caused any consequences instead of blaming others for their actions.

 

In the light of great leader who comes with integrity, a leader must earn trustworthiness within their followers. Trustworthiness adds to the any great features of a leader. Being a  trustworthy leader means that you must be willing to believe the best in your followers. A leader with trustworthiness should be approachable with the things their followers would come to them about.  Although great power comes with great responsibility;-as a leader you should be willing to give up power at times- to demonstrate resilience to your peers md be considerate with them to receive respect ad earn trustworthiness.

Intelligence comes from the influence of the environment. There are many contributing factors to how intelligence is formed within one.  A contributing factor is your education, the manners you’ve c   with from your parents, and just ordinary human intelligence that everyone has.  All these factors help one become a leader, not just an ordinary leader who doesn’t evaluate their peers’ opinions into critical thinking..  Also, not only does the evaluation of your peers opinions make you a great leader, qualities of showing positive feedback to self values; cold even be learned by your peers.

 

In conclusion, these are all the great qualities and characteristics that define a good leader.  Hardworking leaders go above their original tasks to make are their peers and the work are completed with full understanding.  Great leaders emphasize with their peers and shows appreciation of their surroundings to display their hard working abilities.  A great leader knows when to make risky decisions that their peers would even double to overcome any challenges.  Last but not least great leaders prioritize themselves and have strategic skills that qualify for the chacteristics aforeentioned
