Christmas time is coming

And so snow will follow

Birds chirping loud, the morning sound is hollow

Hoping Santa came, you can only guess your luck

Filled with excitement and hope that you didn’t get stood up

Mom knocking on the door saying it's time to get up

The smell of hot cocoa as you open up your eyes

And also gifts to come, that may find you by surprise

Tis the season to be jolly

Tis the season to be grateful

Tis the season to be glee and to not be hateful

Tis the season for family time

Tis the season for the kids

Tis the season for money and some bids

Tis the season that comes to an end

But don’t worry they'll be more

Tis the season for a new year and many ,many more
