I heard the bells on Christmas day
while old, familiar carols played.
I thought the day had finally come,
As I sang along way,
As the world revolved from night to day.
Everyone was excited for the day
with cheers as we celebrated Christmas day.

The season where everything is fun!
The season where the kids play with toys and adults drink eggnog
The season where families get together and reminisce about good and bad times
The season eventually ends as families return to different places
And people miss it all the time
