   "Spooky Halloween"

by Kiarra Travis

The wind whistled , and the leaves dragged

The old lady snagged at my clothes made a snag

My eyes teared up, and I was covered in fear

I want to go home, I hate it here

I couldn’t feel my face, and my teeth chattered

I was the only one crying, but that didn’t matter

I want to go home, and wait for Christmas

Halloween was too scary , and twisted

Please heed my words, stay under the covers,

and tell your friends and your sisters, and of course your brothers.

Stay in bed, don't even peek through the shutters,

because a goblin or ghost may spook you to stuttering.

"Halloween Poem"

by Geverson Deroseney

Spooky Season is now upon us.

Don’t be too scared, for the demons are near.

Spooky season is now upon us.

The ghost are coming near.

RUN, RUN, RUN, I say.

RUN, RUN, RUN, or nay?

The weather is cold, the night is long.

The screams grow old, from screaming so long.

Spooky season is now upon us.

Don’t be too scared, for the demons are near.

"Halloween poem" -

              By Brianna Vierra

Halloween time is finally here,

So all you scaredy cats, it is time to fear.

For all the evil spirits and witches are now near,

You can run but can’t hide, my fellow dears.
