"Halloween"
by
Anthony Contreras
Halloween is all about fear.
Innocent screams fill the atmosphere.
Halloween is a night of evil schemes.
Our vileness will show more than ourselves.
Many will show fright.
There will be no knight in white.
So let's show our delight with fright!
Halloween

Scares and thrills crowd the streets
Bags and kids filled with treats
The night is long but the cavities longer
We all dress up and we ignore the sonder
Halloween Poem

It's Halloween!
A night full of distraught and mischief
A time when monsters are released from the dark depths of the ravine
Halloween starts off dull
Nightfall brings trouble and a night full of wrath
In the depth of the night, the monsters rise
There's nothing but dread in the midst of taboo
The wolves howl, the cats squeal in fear
and the witches go out for a ride.
And at the end of the night, ghost wanders saying nothing but boo...
To wish you a happy Halloween
Is a very taboo thing to do.
I'd rather you be very scared
as I say to you boo!
