The Fall that I cried When autumn chills,

I damn the skies, As love decays, the leaves surprise.

The gold shine that used to be One mocks the cavity in me.

The whipping breeze cuts to my core, Where blooms of love now shades implore.

The trees let loose, but I hold tight, To vows broken, to springtime's plight.

The pumpkins rot, the cider's gone cold,

Sick of the love sweet threats told.

Each leaf falls down, a taunting tear,

Reminds me of what's no longer here.

In autumn's glow, I find no grace,

Only empty echoes in its place.

Love in the fall?

 Cruelly disguised,

A dream that appears but then always dies

Fall

Fall is the coziest time of the year

Bringing all joy no tears

Pumpkin patches & cheers

Living life with no fears

Autumn

The colors and aesthetic of autumn

is different than the vibe summer provides

The warm tone colors on the leaves

bring a comfortable feeling of home

Making pumpkin pie and pumpkin lattes

also bring a comfy vibe

Life Appreciation

Life is too short

Live it to the fullest

Live to be loved

Not to be hated

People may come and go

They all have a role to play

It is their choice to leave or stay

Just live your life and not make them your foe

Dont take the time you have for granted

Try to find your way so you’re not so stranded

Life may get hard yes that’s true

But appreciate it no matter what you go through

Leaves of gold and crimson fall,

Crisp air whispers nature’s call.

Pumpkins grin with candlelight,

Children laugh in costumes bright.

Back to school with books in hand,

New beginnings, dreams so grand.

In autumn’s embrace, all is well,

As the magic weaves its spell.

To be a man, to be a coward

by

Frida Miron

To be a man, to be a coward

A warm fuzzy feeling that fills up the heart

But be careful to trust

Love can be a wonderful thing and it is pretty

But it cuts deep when you find out the man

you've loved for so long has ran

Has done nothing but berate you all this time like a man.

Heartbreak is to feel a deep cut, making you wonder...

Was I ever enough? What did I do wrong

No, don't overdue yourself, you have done your best now you just have to be strong.

Because a coward will run and leave

But knowing he broke your heart leaves a mark, and he will bite his teeth with grief.

Fall

The sun submerges low, the leaves turn gold,

November's breeze feels short and cold,

Backpacks heavy, shoes tight,

Classrooms buzzing, fall arrives.

Family

by

Victoria Gbenro

Family is love, steady, and true,

A shelter, a bond, in all we pursue.

Through laughter and tears, highs and lows,

They're the warmth that forever grows.

In moments of joy, they are the cheers,

In heartache, the comfort through fears.

No matter the distance or miles between,

Family is the heart of every scene.

Their voices are home, their smiles a light,

Guiding us forward, making things right.

Through all of life's paths, twists, and bends,

Family is love, our beginning, our end.
